The Secretary of State for Housing, Robert Jenrick, confirmed that estate agents and England’s wider property market can continue to operate with viewings, valuations and works permitted during the lockdown starting November 5 and set to end December 2.

He added that estate agents, construction sites, tradespeople and removal teams can all continue to operate, provided they follow social distancing and other safety guidance. This decision differs from the first lockdown, which saw in-person home viewings banned and the industry effectively paused.

So, we will be conducting viewings with social distancing.
